Changes Due to Covid-19

Our staff and our customer's safety are paramount, so we have made many changes to our daily operations to become Covid secure and to try to minimise the risk for anyone who visits our site.  Despite the restrictions lifting on 19th July 2021, many of our procedures remain in place.

However, below is a summary of the key changes that will impact you and that may be very different if you have previously visited us:

  • A one-way system is in operation through the restaurant.

  • Customers must sanitise their hands before entering.

  • Track & Trace is no longer compulsory. However, you can still either manually provide your details at the counter when ordering or scan in via the governement's app using the QR code provided.  

  • Our menu has been adapted to ensure speed of service and minimise queue times. 

  • Tables are socially distanced by 1meter.

  • Inside tables are set, with a maximum of 6 per table. Should you wish to have a larger table, this is now permitted but please ask a member of our team to arrange for you. 

  • A perspex shield has been constructed at the serving counter to protect both staff & customers.

  • Perspex boards have been installed upon the restaurant floor to create a one-way system. 

  • We are requesting contactless card payment where possible.

  • Masks are no longer mandatory and it is at everyones discretion if they would like to wear one. Some of our team members would prefer to. We respect all team members & customers on this personal decision. 

  • The children's play area and the baby station have been removed.

  • Customers are required to clear their tables upon leaving.

  • Our staff undertake regular lateral flow testing.
